STRONG Classes
Small group strength training for women who are ready to actually do this!
You know strength training is important…
But gyms feel intimidating. Classes feel too fast. And you’re not quite sure what you should be doing.
So you end up doing a bit of everything… or nothing at all.
STRONG is designed to change that.
This is for women who want to:
- Get stronger (without hurting themselves)
- Feel more confident using weights
- Improve energy, fitness and everyday strength
- Build consistency without the all-or-nothing pressure
What the sessions look like:
Small group training (max 4–5 women)
Structured full-body strength workouts
Coaching on technique (so you actually know what you’re doing)
Progression over time
A fun, supportive environment in my home studio in Pegasus
You’re not just being told what to do. You’re being coached in a small, personal setting.
That means:
Learning how to lift safely and with the right weight for YOU
Understanding what your body needs
Building confidence with every session
No mirrors. Zero judgement. No comparing yourself to others.
Just you – getting stronger and building consistency into your life.

Her sessions are short, challenging, and varied — always tailored to my needs and any injuries. At 56, I’m the strongest and most agile I’ve ever been. Fiona creates a welcoming, non-intimidating environment and brings exceptional knowledge to every class. She has truly elevated my fitness journey.”
Training with Fiona has been an absolute game-changer for me. Her strength classes are the perfect balance between challenging and achievable, and she has a real knack for pushing you just far enough that you surprise yourself with what you can do.
What I love most is the atmosphere she creates — positive, motivating, and welcoming to all levels.
Fiona’s STRONG classes are small, fun, varied, and targeted at building strong muscle groups that are functional for daily living. Everyone works to their own strengths during set workouts and are supportive and encouraging to each other.
Fiona has been instrumental in changing my exercise focus to building and maintaining strong muscles and bones, and eating a higher-protein diet.

Please enquire hereSince attending Fiona’s exercise classes, I’ve noticed a significant improvement in my mobility. I had a problematic shoulder that had been bothering me for some time, but thanks to the targeted exercises Fiona provided, it has now been almost completely resolved.
I also struggled with hip movement, which has now improved greatly. Fiona carefully tailors exercises to suit each individual’s needs, ensuring they are both effective and safe. She is very mindful of preventing injury, which gives me confidence in every session.
Surprisingly, I always leave the classes feeling more energised than when I arrived. It’s definitely been worth the effort, and I highly recommend Fiona to anyone looking to improve their movement and overall wellbeing.
I have been working with Fi for several months now at her home studio. I am a 70-year-old female who in recent years has relied upon walking regularly as the main way of maintaining fitness. I appreciated the need to build some strength training into my life, but past experiences with gyms and trainers meant that this wasn’t the path I wanted to follow. I work in a small group of four ladies for a half-hour session.
Fi is an empathetic, encouraging and extremely knowledgeable trainer. Initially I was very cautious about the weights that I was prepared to attempt. Over the course of a few months Fi has enabled me to attempt and succeed at improving this considerably. Fi goes to great lengths to explain just which muscles are being targeted with each “station” and watches closely to ensure that we are doing the exercises safely and correctly.
The programme is both varied and challenging. Fi’s home studio is airy, immaculately kept, well-equipped and inviting, decorated with beautiful plants and fish tanks.
If you are looking for a well-supported, small group size class to join, where you can feel welcomed and able to begin working at a level at which you feel confident, I can highly recommend Fi.
