Scaled to suit:

Choose from one of three different levels. Level 1 is for very bad knees and workouts are from a seated position. Level 2 is for those that can’t get up and down off the floor, nor put pressure on their knees. And level 3 is for those that struggle with ‘mainstream’ workouts due to all the high-impact exercises, squats and lunges.
