After 40, all the things that used to work for your fitness don’t always serve you anymore. Which of course creates frustation and confusion! But this doesn’t mean we need to stop working out, we just need to adapt our training to what our physiology now needs.

The time (before my day starts), the flexibility (can do in the weekend if if the morning sessions in the week don’t work out) you are super encouraging and very natural. I think I may see my other two friends online possibly or we can encourage each other! It doesn’t need a whole lot of expensive equipment and I can do this in my lounge!
I do Fi-Fit most weekdays which has made it so easy to continue looking after myself. I love the convenience of rolling out of bed and spending 30 mins showing up with other women, for ourselves.
